Sea View Room Supplement: EGP 250.00 P.R.P.N on top of Deluxe Pool room.
Family Room Supplement: EGP 500.00 P.R.P.N on top of Deluxe Sea view room rate.
Junior Suite Supplement: EGP 700.00 P.R.P.N on top of Deluxe Sea view room rate.
Deluxe Suite Supplement: EGP 1000.00 P.R.P.N on top of Deluxe Sea view room rate.
Ground floor room Supplement: EGP 150.00 P.R.P.N

Above rates are quoted and payable in Egyptian pounds and only applicable for Egyptians & Foreign Residences.
Above rate are per room per night, inclusive of service charge and all taxes

Half board reduction: EGP 75.00.Per person per night ( please ensure availability of meal plan prior proceeding with your requested booking)
Hard All Inclusive supplement EGP 200.00 per person per night not subject to the above commission.

MH&R reserves the right to amend mandatory authority fees, taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax, gratuities/service charges, resort levies and other surcharges for any period to reflect any adjustments to any such charges as may be imposed by the applicable government authorities or other regulatory body, on notice in writing. All such adjustments shall be effective immediately. It is the responsibility of the Company to communicate any such changes to their partners.
The hotel has the right to adjust rates at any time without prior notice in case of facing any significant, and this offer supersedes any previous offer communicated.
Children policy:
Classic Rooms: - Maximum capacity is 02 adults + 01 child up to 5.99 will enjoy free accommodation & meals (with no extra bed). Deluxe Rooms, Family Rooms and Suits:
- Maximum capacity is 02 adults + 02 children up to 11.99 (with extra bed). - Children from 0 till 05.99 will enjoy free accommodation & meals. - Children from 6 till 11.99 will be charged 50% of adult rate with same meal plan per room per night.
Cancellation & No Show Policies:
During Normal & Low Periods:
- Any cancellation 48 Hrs prior to arrival, will be subject to one night cancellation fee based on confirmed rate.
- All No Show will be subject to one night fee based on confirmed rate.
During High & Peak Periods:
- Any cancellation 5 Days prior to arrival will be subject to one night cancellation fee based on confirmed rate.
- Any cancellation 48 Hrs prior to arrival will be subject to 50% of the whole stay fee based on confirmed rate.
- All No Show will be subject to 50% of the whole stay fee based on confirmed rate.
Payment within above time frame is non-refundable.
