Cancellation & No Show

During Normal & Low Periods

Any cancellation 48 Hours prior to arrival, will be subject to one nightcancellation fee based on confirmed rate

 All No Show will be subjectto one night fee based on confirmed rate.

During High & Peak Periods

Any cancellation 05 Days prior to arrival will be subject to one nightcancellation fee based on confirmed rate

Any cancellation 48 Hours prior to arrival will be subject to 50% of the wholestay fee based on confirmed rate

 All No Show will be subjectto 100% of the whole stay fee based on confirmed rate.

Groups free policy:

For every 15 paying guests the hotel will provide a ½ twin free of charge onsame group meal plan booked with a maximum of 4 pax per each group.

 This policy is applicableonly on Group Business and is not to be applied on back to back business.
